What if I want to return items?
1. Contact us within 14 days through our contact form below or by email (theorganiccandle@gmail.com) that you are returning items, give your name order number and report what item you want to return.
2. We will send you detailed information on how to return your items via email. Postal cost are for the buyer.
3.You have 30 days to send back your order. Items that are used, on sale and not in original packaging will not be accepted for return. You will get a full refund when items arrive in original state.
Pick up points: When you are not able or do not pick up your package in time we can not refund your order. When you want us to resent your order shipping cost will be added.
Are your items delivered broken?
Send us within 72h an email to theorganiccandle@gmail.com with your name, order number and pictures of the items broken.
*Personalised items can not be returned.
Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at theorganiccandle@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or our social media. Delivery delays an occasionally occur.
Customs, Duties and Taxes The Organic Candle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes) Damages The Organic Candle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
